What you'll do

  • Own the lifecycle of document templates from design to maintenance.
  • Translate insurance product requirements into accurate, compliant templates.
  • Develop and debug document templates, resolving data-mapping issues and bugs.
  • Maintain high document quality by writing and executing test plans.
  • Triage and resolve document-related requests using tools like Jira.
