What you'll do

  • Build and manage headcount planning for TRS as it scales.
  • Identify and lead projects to improve division’s financial or operational performance.
  • Monitor recruiting, staffing, and financial progress, recommending resource reallocations.
  • Run division reporting battle rhythm, tracking performance across verticals.
  • Coordinate internal operations like leadership reviews and all-hands meetings.
  • Prepare for executive leadership meetings by setting agendas and tracking action items.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, operations, finance, or business analysis.
  • Proven ability to identify and solve operational issues efficiently.
  • Strong financial analysis skills with the capacity for strategic planning.
  • Experience coordinating executive leadership meetings and tracking action items.
  • Capable of managing cross-functional projects across staffing, finance, and real estate.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen due to job requirements.
