What you'll do

Design, build, and operate a robust logging platform ensuring secure data transfer.
Develop high-performance data connectors for log-shipping products with focus on scalability.
Manage systems for handling comprehensive audit logs securely and efficiently.
Scale and optimize the data delivery pipeline to handle massive volumes with low latency.
Collaborate with Product teams to define requirements for new logging platforms.
Maintain operational health of the log delivery platform through monitoring and on-call support.
Participate in architectural evolution of data egress platform, researching new technologies.

What we're looking for

3+ years experience in software development focusing on distributed systems and data pipelines.
Proficient in Go, with expertise in building resilient, high-throughput systems.
Hands-on experience with observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana for handling large-scale metrics.
Strong SQL knowledge including query optimization skills.
Solid foundation in computer science concepts: algorithms, data structures, concurrency, distributed systems.
Ability to debug complex issues at scale and collaborate effectively across teams.
Experience with data streaming technologies such as Kafka or Flink is beneficial.
