What we're looking for

15+ years of experience in software engineering or related field.
Technical proficiency in web languages such as Java, Python, React Native, Node.js, and React.js.
Deep knowledge of cloud-native distributed system development (Azure/GCP/WCNP).
Experience managing software development teams and leading engineering projects.
Expertise in microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Ability to drive automation using CI/CD practices and implement telemetry features.
Strong leadership skills in coaching, influencing, and building high-performing teams.
