Define and own the enterprise TDM strategy for synthetic data generation and test-to-data traceability.
Lead the design and delivery of an AI-powered TDM platform capable of generating over 10 million structured data points.
Establish Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards and one-click environment deployment practices to eliminate testing delays.
Design and embed AI-driven workflows across the full software delivery lifecycle, from requirements analysis to results analysis.
Govern dataset lifecycle and ensure datasets are versioned, masked, compliant, and SME-approved through data governance workflows.
What we're looking for
Deep expertise in Test Data Management (TDM) strategy and execution.
Hands-on experience with AI agentic tools for designing and governing workflows.
Proven ability to embed AI-assisted automation into CI/CD pipelines and test results analysis.
Experience applying AI techniques to test data generation, coverage gap analysis, and defect pattern recognition.
Advanced knowledge of SDLC methodologies under both Waterfall and Agile frameworks.
Strong experience with BDD/TDD and Cucumber-based automation frameworks in Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Prior management experience leading small to medium-sized teams (5–20) with a delivery track record.
