What we're looking for

  • Experience establishing service performance metrics and governance models
  • Demonstrated ability to implement service improvements through automation
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
  • ITIL certification or equivalent service management training preferred
  • Experience in higher education IT environments beneficial
