What we're looking for
- 8+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
- Proven track record in managing contract manufacturing partners and onboarding new ones.
- Experience with program management tools like dashboards and Gantt charts.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including interaction with senior leadership.
- Ability to develop and manage execution of complex program plans and metrics.
- Expertise in risk management strategies for multiple large programs.
- PMP Certification preferred.
