  • Negotiate commercial agreements that optimize cost, reliability, and global coverage for payments.
  • Collaborate with Commerce Risk teams to reduce fraud and improve authorization performance.
  • Create standardized reporting on key payment metrics for executive-level decision-making.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in treasury, finance, banking, accounting, or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of building strategic partnerships with financial institutions.
  • Experience leading global teams and influencing executive stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of global card ecosystems, acquirer models, authorization flows, fraud controls, and cross-border payments.
  • Ability to define and execute multi-year strategies in complex environments.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering measurable revenue uplift through payment optimization initiatives.
  • Knowledge of evolving payment technologies and regulatory landscapes.
