  • Proven experience defining long-term technical vision and engineering strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and scale a distributed research and engineering organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in foundational research and metrics.
  • Track record of translating ambiguous product concepts into executable technical roadmaps.
  • Experience in public safety or mission-critical systems is preferred.
