What you'll do

What we're looking for

12+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
Proven track record of building complex platforms or developer-facing systems at scale.
Experience managing teams, running programs, and owning hiring processes.
Strong background in distributed systems and familiarity with creative tooling.
Ability to translate ambiguity into clear technical direction and operate cross-functionally.
Technical fluency to understand platform architecture and represent trade-offs upward.
