What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, including leading teams in ads or measurement domain.
  • Experience leading engineering managers and senior engineers in building large-scale distributed systems.
  • Strong technical understanding of ads measurement systems, conversion APIs, attribution, signal quality.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product, data science, and go-to-market teams.
  • Excellent communication and organizational leadership skills for aligning teams around technical strategy and business priorities.
