What we're looking for

10+ years of experience in defense strategy, operational planning, and systems engineering.
Proven leadership and ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Deep understanding of the maritime domain and naval warfare principles.
Technical literacy with analysis tools, modeling, simulation, and wargaming methodologies.
Current U.S. security clearance and education in Operations Research or Statistics.
Experience with autonomous systems and integrated cross-domain effects.
Knowledge of defense acquisition lifecycle and ability to bridge tech and tactics.
