What you'll do
- Lead planning, testing, and oversight of UKCR and SOX ITGC and ITAC testing cycles.
- Develop risk-based SOX testing strategy covering key systems, applications, and infrastructure.
- Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of IT controls across various domains.
- Coordinate with SVP, Risk & Controls and external auditors to ensure alignment on scope and issues.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the IT organization on control best practices and automation opportunities.
What we're looking for
- 10-12+ years of experience in IT audit, SOX compliance, or IT risk management.
- Deep expertise in testing ITGCs and ITACs within a SOX-regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of control frameworks such as COSO and COBIT.
- Proven experience managing SOX testing programs and working with external auditors.
- Demonstrated ability to assess and remediate control deficiencies effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
