What you'll do

Own the operations and performance of data center physical infrastructure.
Build and lead multidisciplinary engineering and operations teams.
Set and maintain operational standards for power usage, cooling, uptime, efficiency, and reliability.
Run day-to-day facility operations including preventive maintenance and issue response.
Improve facility operations focusing on better reliability, efficiency, and cost control.

What we're looking for

Deep knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and power systems.
Direct experience in AI or hyperscale data center environments.
Track record of leading multidisciplinary teams through full project lifecycle.
Demonstrated ability to deliver high reliability under aggressive timelines.
Familiarity with industry standards (Uptime Institute Tier, ASHRAE, IEEE).
Experience with automation and predictive maintenance practices.
Master’s degree in engineering or PE license preferred.
