What you'll do

Lead the design and enforcement of unified data standards across all markets.
Oversee health and reliability of large-scale pipeline ecosystem spanning multiple markets.

What we're looking for

7+ years of experience in data analytics, engineering, or business intelligence with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Deep proficiency in SQL and BigQuery, along with strong knowledge of Python and data pipeline architecture.
Hands-on experience leading data standardization initiatives across multiple functions or geographies.
Strong executive communication skills to influence cross-functional partners and present confidently to senior leadership.
Track record of translating complex business requirements into scalable analytics solutions with measurable impact.
Experience in Looker or comparable enterprise BI platforms, including building and governing data models at scale.
Familiarity with global e-commerce marketplace analytics is preferred.
