Digital Transformation Lead

What you'll do

• Own and maintain the Cork site Digital Roadmap, defining priorities and success metrics.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to build alignment and drive adoption of digital initiatives.
• Identify and champion digital technologies that create measurable value for the Cork site.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects from business case development through benefits realisation.
• Develop compelling business cases and proposals to secure leadership endorsement for digital initiatives.
• Establish governance structures for tracking, reporting, and portfolio management of digital projects.
• Monitor and report on the impact of digital initiatives using KPIs and performance data.

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience in digital transformation within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional digital programs to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML, IoT, automation, advanced analytics, MES, data visualization, and digital twin technologies.
• Experience in building and managing stakeholder relationships at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field; postgraduate qualifications advantageous.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex digital concepts into clear, accessible communications for diverse audiences.
