What you'll do

  • Design and build agentic AI systems with autonomous agents and multi-agent orchestration.

  • Evaluate and select LLMs, embeddings, vector stores for complex enterprise needs.
  • Partner to aggregate and harmonize data from multiple heterogeneous systems.
  • Develop robust data pipelines optimized for large language model workloads.
  • Build advanced RAG architectures including hybrid retrieval and query planning.
  • Mentor mid-level engineers in AI build patterns and engineering quality practices.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, systems architecture, or related fields
  • Proven track record designing and deploying enterprise-grade AI systems in production
  • Expertise in LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Mistral, Llama) and RAG architectures
  • Strong proficiency in Python and relevant ML/NLP libraries (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)
  • Experience with cloud-native deployment using Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and CI/CD tools
  • Deep knowledge of data integration, pipeline engineering, and robust data handling techniques
