Digital Software Engineering Lead Analyst- Vice President

What you'll do

• Design and build agentic AI systems with autonomous agents and multiagent orchestration.
• Architect fault-tolerant, scalable AI solutions using modern agent frameworks.
• Define end-to-end AI system blueprint including knowledge integration and failover strategies.
• Evaluate and select LLMs, embeddings, vector stores for complex enterprise requirements.
• Build robust data pipelines optimized for large language model workloads.
• Develop advanced RAG architectures with hybrid retrieval and query planning.
• Mentor mid-level engineers in best practices for AI build patterns and engineering quality.

What we're looking for

• Over 10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering and enterprise-grade system architecture.
• Expertise in designing and deploying agentic AI systems using modern frameworks like Google\_ADK and LangGraph.
• Proficiency in Python with extensive hands-on experience in ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and FastAPI.
• Strong CI/CD skills and expertise in deploying GenAI solutions on Kubernetes and Docker.
• Deep knowledge of RAG architectures, including retrieval optimization and semantic data modeling.
• Experience building robust data pipelines for large-scale unstructured data processing.
