Deputy Chief Engineer, PES

What you'll do

• Conceptualize system architecture for upgrades and enhancements to existing vehicle systems.
• Draft and develop test plans for critical subsystems, supporting vehicle-level acceptance testing.
• Develop interface controls for partners and customers for hardware, software, and electrical integration of payloads.
• Achieve maximum uptime by leading data analysis efforts to identify performance trends and predictive failure models.
• Manage tactical engineering efforts, interfacing between different engineering and test disciplines.

What we're looking for

• 7-10 years of industry experience in system architecture and engineering disciplines
• Proven ability to progress from conceptual design to functioning hardware systems
• Hands-on experience with build, prototyping, and testing of complex robotic or aircraft systems
• Strong knowledge of electronics troubleshooting and use of basic test equipment
• Familiarity with aerodynamics, avionics, flight systems, and electromechanical system models
• Top Secret security clearance required
