  • 2 years of hands-on IT experience or relevant internships.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for installation and configuration.
  • Exposure to Linux OS, server hardware, and rack-and-stack procedures.
  • Experience with scripting languages and inventory management systems.
