Datacenter Power Infrastructure Delivery Program Manager

What you'll do

• Facilitate and deliver datacenter power infrastructure projects from pre-programming to operations.
• Serve as utility point-of-contact, coordinating design/construction meetings and managing documentation.
• Ensure cross-functional scope alignment and manage budgets/estimates for multiple projects.
• Own Microsoft Project schedule by defining critical path, updating progress regularly, and issuing reports.
• Track and report all major power utility milestones from contracting to ready-for-service completion.

What we're looking for

• Master's degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of experience or Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, engineering, operations, etc.
• 5+ years’ experience in consulting engineering or construction of substations.
• 5+ years’ experience as lead engineer, design manager, or project manager for transmission or substation projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams in advanced engineering processes related to large datacenter environments.
• Extensive knowledge and proficiency in transmission and substation design and construction.
