They will also maintain documentation in Confluence and SharePoint and provide 24/7 production support using Jira and ServiceNow.

What you'll do
Design, implement, and support production databases across cloud and on-premises environments.
Ensure database security, integrity, and availability using user management, auditing, profiling, authentication, and encryption.
Conduct performance tuning at database, OS, and network levels.
Implement disaster recovery and backup strategies for Oracle and other databases.
Participate in data modeling, logical/physical design, and application development.
Configure databases to work with middleware, web servers, and OLAP tools.
What we're looking for
Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience required.
Extensive experience with Oracle 12c, 18c, 19c databases and Enterprise Manager.
Expertise in MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Hive, Kudu database management.
Proficient in data modeling, logical/physical design, and application development.
Experience managing high availability environments on Linux platforms.
Skilled in disaster recovery strategies using RMAN and VERITAS Net Backup.
Knowledge of Exadata X8, X7, X6-2 configurations and upgrades.
