What we're looking for

  • Master's degree in Statistics or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in statistical and computer science fields.
  • Experience using SQL and Python for healthcare FWA data mining and modeling.
  • Proven ability to manage a team of Data Scientists and mentor staff.
  • Expertise in medical terminology and healthcare coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, etc.).
  • Experience conducting FWA data mining in large multi-payer databases.
  • Strong presentation skills for communicating complex analytic outcomes.
