Data Scientist

What you'll do

• Design and build data pipelines to extract, clean, transform, and validate data from various company systems.
• Develop and deploy production-level machine learning models for identifying operational inefficiencies and drivers of employee satisfaction.
• Apply causal inference techniques to observational data to mitigate confounding and bias in analysis.
• Execute controlled experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to measure the impact of new tools on employee productivity.
• Integrate Generative AI and Large Language Models to perform complex analytical tasks like automated ticket classification.
• Communicate complex findings through formal presentations, written reports, and business intelligence dashboards in Tableau.

What we're looking for

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Python for data wrangling, modeling, and machine learning model training.
• Experience using Tableau or Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports from multiple data sources.
• Expertise in SQL for complex data modeling and analysis.
• Strong background in statistical analysis and hypothesis testing techniques.
• Knowledge of advanced machine learning algorithms including SVM, random forests, and clustering methods.
