  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for large-scale data analysis.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills to translate requirements into data science solutions.
  • Ability to balance ad hoc requests with larger project management.
  • Excellent communication skills to present insights and influence decision-making.
  • Willingness to mentor junior team members and adopt AI capabilities.
