What you'll do

  • Optimize data workflows and pipelines to enhance processing efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with diverse partners to gather requirements and ensure high-quality data product delivery.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying analytical data products with ML & AI pipelines for digital subscription businesses.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Scala, Python, or Java, and hands-on experience with data pipeline tools like Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data management/analytics tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, Tableau.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to influence stakeholders for best practices adoption.
  • Experience leading discovery workshops, synthesizing requirements into development specifications, and working closely with diverse partners.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling (dimensional/star schemas), and metric standardization.
