As a Data Governance Quality Lead in the DT Data Governance & Master Data Operations organization, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining robust data governance and quality standards across core business domains. Your responsibilities include designing and implementing enterprise-wide data quality processes, owning the lifecycle of data quality rules, and leveraging platforms like Informatica MDM, CDGC, and SILK to monitor and improve data quality. You will collaborate closely with SAP teams, data engineering, and analytics groups to ensure data is well-governed and fit for use in a complex cloud environment. Essential skills include experience with data governance tools such as Informatica (Axon/CDGC), strong knowledge of SAP models, and proficiency in relational databases and cloud data platforms. Ideal candidates will have a background in high-growth enterprise settings, particularly within High-Tech Manufacturing or Semiconductor industries, and hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA.

What you'll do
Design and implement enterprise data quality processes aligned with governance standards.
Own the lifecycle of business data quality rules within governance platforms.
Facilitate system and data flow mapping, including documentation of data lineage.
Lead initiatives to prevent data quality issues in downstream systems.
Define and track data quality KPIs and communicate trends to stakeholders.
Perform data analysis to identify root causes of data quality issues and improvements.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
8+ years of experience in data quality, governance, and master data management in complex environments.
Proven ability to design and implement data quality frameworks with metrics and monitoring controls.
Strong working knowledge of Informatica (Axon/CDGC), Collibra, Alation, or equivalent tools.
Solid understanding of SAP core and master data models and enterprise data domains.
Familiarity with cloud data environments, modern data platforms, and relational database technologies.
