Role Details
Design and implement scalable data models and pipelines to support analytics and reporting. Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources, ensuring quality, reliability, and performance. Assess breakfix ticketing data sources and quality; set organizational requirements to improve underlying data structure and integrity. Monitor and optimize data pipelines for efficiency, cost, and resilience and ensure system can scale as data volume grows. Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements, and align on delivery timelines. Implement performance monitoring protocols and build visualizations to track pipeline health and data quality. Maintain documentation including data dictionaries, lineage, and design specifications. Communicate with technical and non-technical audiences and contribute modeling expertise as a team player. Influence across disciplines and teams to ensure we are making data-driven decisions and solving critical problems for our customers. Mentor others and stay current with advances in the industry. Other Master's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years experience in business analytics, data science, software development, data modeling, or data engineering OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in business analytics, data science, software development, data modeling, or data engineering OR equivalent experience. Master's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years experience in business analytics, data science, software development, data modeling, or data engineering OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years experience in business analytics, data science, software development, data modeling, or data engineering OR equivalent experience. 2+ years experience with data governance, data compliance and/or data security.
