What we're looking for

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with 3-8 years of Data Engineering/Software Development experience required.
Must have hands-on experience with Python, SQL, AWS, containerization, and Git.
Experience with Databricks is mandatory for senior levels (Level 4).
Strong background in deploying production-grade data engineering or software products.
Ability to translate business requests into technical specifications using domain-driven concepts.
Excellent communication skills to articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Secret clearance preferred.
