What we're looking for

MS in Computational Biology, Biology, Physics, Statistics, or related field OR BS with 2+ years relevant experience.
Experience developing data products and integrating solutions for single-cell/NGS, functional genomics, genetics, or proteomics.
Hands-on use of workflow tools like Nextflow or strong interest in acquiring this expertise.
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with software development practices including CI/CD.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and learn new analytical approaches independently.
