Data Analytics Specialist

What you'll do

• Serve as the US focal point for analytics and automation tool adoption.
• Engage with teams to identify pain points and design MVPs for business challenges.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover valuable business insights.
• Develop automated tools, visual dashboards, reports, or workflows for productivity enhancement.
• Define and document data standards and governance policies across the organization.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in analytics, data science, or a similar role
• Robust coding skills in Python and experience with APIs, algorithms, and data structures
• Ability to lead by example and inspire others towards technology and data-driven initiatives
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
