  • Deep subject-matter expertise in core banking platforms and modernization patterns
  • Ability to influence at the executive level and translate strategic vision into actionable guidance for delivery teams
  • Experience with cloud and data architecture, domain-driven design, and Agile delivery methodologies
  • Strategic engagement skills across all levels of professionals within a large enterprise environment
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies, recommending innovations that enhance operations or provide competitive advantages
