What you'll do

Develop and maintain the enterprise IAM reference architecture aligned with Zero Trust principles.
Design comprehensive IAM solutions supporting SSO, MFA, identity federation, and RBAC.
Architect end-to-end identity lifecycle processes for workforce, customer, and third-party identities.
Define and implement an enterprise IAM roadmap incorporating AI capabilities and automation.
Establish IAM standards, patterns, and guardrails to ensure secure access across various platforms.
Collaborate with data science teams to define ethical policies for AI use in IAM processes.

What we're looking for

8-10 years of IT experience with a focus on cybersecurity or architecture.
Minimum 5 years in designing and implementing IAM solutions across multi-cloud environments.
Expertise in Zero Trust, Identity-as-a-service (IDaaS), and modern access control models.
Deep knowledge of authentication protocols, directory services, and policy frameworks.
Strong background in privileged access management and next-generation IAM technologies.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; relevant certifications like CISSP, CCSP preferred.
Experience integrating IAM with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized platforms.
