You will need extensive experience in cybersecurity, deep knowledge of authentication protocols like SAML and OIDC, proficiency with directory services such as LDAP and AD, and familiarity with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and GCP.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain the enterprise IAM reference architecture aligned with Zero Trust principles.
  • Design comprehensive IAM solutions supporting SSO, MFA, identity federation, and RBAC.
  • Architect end-to-end identity lifecycle processes for workforce, customer, and third-party identities.
  • Define and implement an enterprise IAM roadmap incorporating AI capabilities and automation.
  • Establish IAM standards, patterns, and guardrails to ensure secure access across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with data science teams to define ethical policies for AI use in IAM processes.

What we're looking for

  • 8-10 years of IT experience with a focus on cybersecurity or architecture.
  • Strong understanding of Zero Trust and modern access control models like IDaaS.
  • Expertise in identity governance, management, and next-generation IGA products.
  • Deep knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC) and directory services.
  • Experience with privileged access management and research on advanced solutions.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in engineering and technology.
