What you'll do
- Lead the end-to-end engineering development and integration of F-22 CNI Crypto hardware.
- Provide technical training and oversight for cryptographic systems to team members.

What we're looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Extensive experience with Security Evaluation Requirements Document (SERD) for cryptographic solutions on fighter aircraft.
- Deep knowledge of cryptographic system architecture and compliance with NSA/CNSS standards.
- Experience developing technical proposals and bid packages for cryptographic equipment.
- Proficient in creating Basis of Estimates (BoEs) for technical accuracy and completeness.
- Strong collaboration skills to embed modern security practices into development workflows.
- Proven ability to mentor and train technical staff on cryptographic systems.
