What you'll do

  • Define and govern the security posture of complex missile weapon systems across their lifecycle.
  • Lead advanced threat assessments and define risk acceptance criteria for system security.
  • Author and review critical security program artifacts such as PPPs, SSPs, SCGs, and AT Plans.
  • Oversee implementation of security controls and ensure compliance with DoD and NIST guidance.
  • Mentor engineering staff and provide technical leadership in SSE, AT, and Cybersecurity areas.
  • Lead verification and validation processes for system security testing and certification.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8 years or Master’s degree with 6 years of professional experience in relevant field.
  • Demonstrated experience in Anti-Tamper design and implementation for classified DoD programs.
  • Proven track record of leading security architecture, risk assessments, and compliance documentation creation.
  • Must be able to obtain DoD Secret (or higher) clearance and possess U.S. citizenship.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-discipline collaboration skills.
  • Experience in authoring Program Protection Plans, Security Classification Guides, AT Plans, and Exportability Assessments.
