What you'll do

Define and govern the security posture of complex missile weapon systems across their lifecycle.
Lead advanced threat assessments and define risk acceptance criteria for system security.
Author and review critical security program artifacts such as PPPs, SSPs, SCGs, and AT Plans.
Oversee implementation of security controls and ensure compliance with DoD and NIST guidance.
Mentor engineering staff and provide technical leadership in SSE, AT, and Cybersecurity areas.
Lead verification and validation processes for system security testing and certification.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree with 8 years or Master’s degree with 6 years of professional experience in relevant field.
Demonstrated experience in Anti-Tamper design and implementation for classified DoD programs.
Proven track record of leading security architecture, risk assessments, and compliance documentation creation.
Must be able to obtain DoD Secret (or higher) clearance and possess U.S. citizenship.
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-discipline collaboration skills.
Experience in authoring Program Protection Plans, Security Classification Guides, AT Plans, and Exportability Assessments.
