Critical Environment Operations Manager | Microsoft Careers

What you'll do

• Manage mission-critical service operations in IT or critical environment infrastructure.
• Lead a diverse technical team responsible for data center operations.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with engineering groups and business partners.
• Ensure the reliability of UPS, generator, AHU systems within physical IT infrastructures.
• Oversee server, SANs, networking, capacity management, and DC rack/enclosures.

What we're looking for

• At least 6 years of experience in mission-critical service management with electrical engineering expertise.
• Over 1 year of leadership experience managing a diverse technical team.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant fields like Computer Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with critical environment infrastructures such as UPS, generators, AHUs, and physical IT infrastructure components.
• Possession of applicable certifications including CompTIA, Microsoft, CCNA, ITIL v3 Foundation, MOF, PMP, CDCP.
