What you'll do

  • Design and develop major components of Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure software.
  • Lead the creation of automated testing frameworks for new platform shapes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in distributed systems and GPU infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure minimal operational overhead.
  • Build high-performance, scalable services for launching and validating server platforms.
  • Interface directly with hardware components like GPUs, NICs, and ILOMs.
  • Develop diagnostic tools and triage automation for system health monitoring.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in delivering and operating large-scale production systems (thousands of server instances)
  • Deep understanding of operating systems, computer networks, and high-performance applications
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages including Java, Python, C/C++, GoLang, and shell scripting
  • Strong background in Linux systems and hands-on experience with public cloud service data planes
  • Experience with Infiniband or RoCE networking technologies and server/GPU hardware architecture
  • Proven ability to deliver products through the full software development lifecycle
