What we're looking for

  • Possess or pursuing an associate degree in a technical field or 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with software application and database design, programming, and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of PLCs, SCADA environments, Ethernet, Modbus network communications, and Windows operating systems.
  • Strong communication skills for interaction with diverse improvement teams.
  • Understanding of computer and network fundamentals and ability to apply written and verbal directions.
  • Successful completion of Maintenance Selection Test Battery with a 'HIGH' preferred rating.
  • Experience with current Connected Manufacturing tools such as Workflow, Historian, Power Bi, Digital Visualization.
