Join our rapidly growing team in Santa Ana, CA as a COMSEC Custodian, where you will manage the day-to-day communications and security of classified environments at various classification levels. Your responsibilities include drafting policies, implementing security procedures, reviewing practices, and evaluating the organization’s COMSEC program. You will maintain and direct the receipt, custody, transfer, safeguarding, accounting, and destruction of Communications Security key material while training personnel in secure handling and distribution protocols. Familiarity with Modern Fill Devices (MFD) or Simple Key Loader (SKL), experience with CSLA, ISSPA, and CARS, and completion of KMI and CAMC courses are essential. This role requires 2-4 years of COMSEC Manager experience and eligibility for access to Special Access Programs, with up to 40% travel expected.

What you'll do

Conduct secure equipment and classified keying material inventories, inspections.
Administer a Top Secret inventory program for COMSEC equipment and materials.
Ensure proper physical security accreditation for supported facilities.
Train personnel in COMSEC procedures and the use of related equipment.
Oversee the secure handling, distribution, and destruction of COMSEC material.

What we're looking for

2-4 years of experience in a Comsec Manager role.
Familiar with COMSEC requirements, procedures, and relevant policy documents.
Completed TRADOC-approved KMI course and CAMC training.
Experience with CSLA, ISSPA, CARS, and crypto evaluation reports.
Eligibility for access to Special Access Programs and ability to travel.
