What you'll do

  • Promote continuous learning through skilling plans, certifications, and technical leadership for the team.
  • Accelerate innovation by coaching the team to contribute to IP development and share best practices.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of cloud/infrastructure experience.
  • 3+ years of people management experience, including managing technical teams.
  • Technical certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure) or equivalent breadth of technical knowledge and experience.
  • Proven ability to lead technical projects, teams, or functions for at least 6 years.
  • Strong understanding of cloud deployment scenarios and workloads with the capability to map customer needs to solutions.
