As a Cloud Network Engineer at Microsoft Digital’s MINT engineering organization, you will join a team dedicated to driving digital transformation by managing and enhancing Microsoft's corporate hybrid hosting infrastructures. What you'll do
Design and implement low-level network solutions based on high-level designs.
Monitor, analyze, debug, and troubleshoot complex network infrastructures.
Manage continuous improvement of network components through testing and validation.
Deploy and update cloud network infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code practices.
Troubleshoot network routing protocols and overlay technologies to ensure reliability.
Mentor other engineers and provide feedback on technical and behavioral improvements.
What we're looking for
2+ years of experience in network design, development, and automation.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in TCP/IP routing & switching with layer 2 analysis and troubleshooting skills.
Experience in monitoring, analyzing, debugging, and troubleshooting network infrastructure.
Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices including Bicep templates and deployment pipelines.
Strong collaboration and mentorship abilities within and across teams.
