What you'll do

Create and curate clinical value sets using industry-standard terminologies for AI/ML applications.
Develop annotation guidelines and ensure their implementation by data scientists and teams.
Define and validate data requirements for integration into AI/ML-driven healthcare solutions.
Implement quality control processes to maintain the integrity of annotated data for AI models.
Lead error analysis of AI model outputs to identify and address performance issues.
Oversee data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing for readiness in AI/ML training.
Define ground truth algorithms and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of AI/ML models.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience in clinical informatics and EHR systems.
Strong background in clinical data analysis for evidence-based decision making.
Hands-on experience with machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and AI in healthcare.
Expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model development for AI/ML applications.
