What you'll do

  • Lead change management processes for updates to fraud procedures as required.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with fraud program requirements.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in fraud management at a bank or financial tech company.
  • Experience building and evolving comprehensive fraud programs from scratch.
  • Proficient knowledge of federal-level fraud rules and regulations.
  • Expertise in developing machine learning and heuristic fraud signals with data teams.
  • Ability to create and present key risk indicators (KRIs) and KPIs for various audiences.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous environments, taking ownership of projects.
  • Active CFE or CAFS designation preferred.
