What we're looking for

  • Over 5 years of experience as an engineering manager or similar leadership role.
  • At least 8 years of software development experience with expertise in AI/ML workflows.
  • Proven track record in contributing to open-source projects and communities.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a technical field.
  • Proficiency in Python and C++ programming languages.
  • Familiarity with modern development tools like Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
