What you'll do

- Develop deep understanding of OEM’s roadmap, vehicle architecture, requirements, and constraints.
- Coordinate Qualcomm internal engineering teams to meet customer milestones across all phases of projects.
- Represent the "voice of the customer" in internal forums, driving alignment with Qualcomm leadership.
- Anticipate customer needs and translate them into Qualcomm platform requirements and solutions.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
What we're looking for
- Extensive experience in software engineering and project management leadership roles.
- Strong background in automotive systems engineering, including compute platform architecture and embedded SW stacks.
- Solid understanding of automotive safety and quality frameworks (ISO 26262, ASPICE).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority in complex organizations.
- Demonstrated success in managing and delivering complex software projects.
