What you'll do

• Oversees the design and delivery of an internal benchmark suite for LLMs in hardware design.
• Designs and delivers Agentic AI solutions for hardware design processes.
• Identifies impactful technical ideas and research directions for Generative AI applications.
• Manages project team capabilities to ensure deadlines are met across ambiguous situations.
• Engages with cross-functional teams to identify technical gaps and opportunities.
• Defines and updates technical project goals and roadmaps continuously.
• Guides the team’s innovation from concept development to execution.

What we're looking for

• PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of industry experience in Machine Learning/GenAI and MLOps.
• Deep knowledge of foundational model architectures and experience in foundation model development.
• Hands-on expertise in Agentic AI tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects while meeting quality expectations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
