What you'll do

  • Work with suppliers to ensure parts meet performance and cost objectives.
  • Conduct failure analysis and drive continual improvement throughout product lifecycle.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or mechatronics engineering required.
  • Proficient in 3D CAD tools like CREO and NX for design work.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using FEA applications.
  • Hands-on experience designing test stands and conducting daily testing.
  • Knowledge of machining practices, sheetmetal fabrication, and rapid prototyping.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet aggressive deadlines effectively.
