What we're looking for

- Strong background in designing complex electro-mechanical systems for semiconductor equipment.
- Proven track record leading mechanical design through NPI phase gates.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering results under high accountability.
- Expertise in DFMEA, tolerance analysis, thermal-mechanical design, and reliability engineering.
- Familiarity with Lam’s NPI processes, EPLs, and phase-gate development models.
