What we're looking for
- Over 10 years of engineering experience in Robotics, Mechatronics, or Systems Engineering.
- At least 8 years of management experience leading Engineering teams on Robotic/Automation products.
- Solid background in physical AI, robotics, automation, and algorithm development.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, OpenCV, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Experience with MCAD tools such as Siemens NX, Creo, or SolidWorks.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- 3+ years of experience working on global programs/projects in the semiconductor industry.
